Mera Sahyog NGO working for children rights program keeps a kid happy, strong, and creative, also their rights will be preserved and privileged in a society. Collectively an NGO nurtures children right to education, right to healthcare, right to physical protection, right to basic liberty of expression, and right to living standard.


Kids are vulnerable and their complete responsibilities will be on parents when they are young, but not everyone would be lucky enough to seek support from their parents. There are many children in the nation who have spoilt their life due to poor upbringing and deprived care. Children who have failed to seek rights are the one who turn as threat to the society. This is one serious issue that a nation should be taken care, but luckily child right NGO’s in Delhi like Mera Sahyog have come forwarded to eradicate the practice of disfavoring the children.


Logically by empowering the kid they become treasure to nation in near future. So, Mera Sahyog NGO has evidently planned the programs to focus on different issues and execute them timely to empower children.  Here is the rundown of issues that NGO acknowledges through different programs 


1.Child labor- According to recent study, it is found that still, several thousand children in the nation are working as laborers among them some are subjected to worst forms. This situation has reflected the literacy rate. Rescuing the children from child labor would not be the ideal solution. 2.Girl Child- Even after witnessing technological advancement many part of our nation still not accepts the birth of girl child. A girl child has to undergo many humiliations, discrimination in her early stage of life. The problem of girl child rights and protection in the nation is a serious problem. 3.Child Trafficking- Child trafficking is a serious threat and now it has become common in India. Children from the deprived and marginalized families are repeatedly forced to send their children into labor. Parents of these victims are either attracted or betrayed targeting their economic condition upon which they are unintentionally forced to push their child for forced marriage, sexual exploitation, domestic servitude, criminal activities, and many more. Child Trafficking is growing like a wildfire to control and eradicate from the nation a serious step has been taken from a Mera Sahyog NGO team. A team is constantly spreading awareness regarding the child trafficking and its underlying issue to the parents, guardians, and community. The team also has a good support from the child helpline center, police, CID, and many more who can rescue the children from being trapped.


4.Gender Inequality- Gender inequality has remained a social issue since from ages. Our nation has witnessed the most of his criminal cases due to the gender inequality. Where a girl child is not given an equal opportunity to educate and in many cases she will be killed when she is infant. Mera Sahyog NGO team aims at facilitating equal opportunities for girls to proposer equally alike boys in the nation. The team efforts to bring change in the nation through encouraging girls to seek education, ensure state accountability to introduce different policies to empower girl rights, and also a continuous programs will be held to alert the society about gender discrimination.


5.Malnutrition- One in every three children in India is malnutrition says report. Malnutrition affects the lives of the children and pushes them to chronic diseases. Understanding this problem Mera Sahyog NGO, one of the child rights NGO in Delhi is fighting and setting a stage to fight against malnutrition. An NGO efforts to stop malnutrition through different programs. Pregnant women from underprivileged community usually suffer from lack of hunger which would affect both mother and a child in her fetus, so the team arranges regular health checkups for such women and thus ensures child to stay healthy. Timely vaccinations at the first two years is crucial so the team makes sure every child gets the dose timely and thus make the child to prevent from malnutrition.
